At Sol Terrace, we understand your pets aren’t just your furry friends; they’re your family! That’s why we are a cat-friendly community and welcome our feline residents with open arms! We have no breed restrictions, and we allow two cats per household. Pet fee $300 for the first pet, $200 for the second pet.
