Birch Terrace has been my home for 11 years, I am rooted and can not imagine living anywhere else. From my balcony I love... seeing the wildlife and there's a sense of community. I recently moved into Birch Terrace from Vista Court. The difference is unbelievable. I can sit on my balcony and enjoy... the beautiful scenery. Maitience is amazing. Maria is such a hard worker. Its clean. So clean as Vista was not. A crucial thing during a pandemic. Melissa is approachable and always has a smile on her face. She is genuine and follows up with requests. The other did not and the mere joy of sitting on my balcony and hearing piece and quite and not having to kick out vagrants every weekend is a blessing. Ryder, loves the dog area. It's been a few years since she's been able to chase a ball.
