I would like to take a minute of your time to talk about our senior director Cherry, she is a hard worker and her work ethics... are specular, she works very hard to keep the buildings in high class maintenance, i have seen her interact with the staff and she is organized and is wonderful at keeping everyone and everything in the best of shape she has a goal to keep up with making our homes clean and safe and well maintained. I had multiple problems with the fridge in our suite, Cherry always kept in touch with me regarding the problems and solved... the issue, after attempts to fix it by the maintenance men. Just wanted to drop a note to say how much we appreciate all the staff we have crossed our paths so far. Our unit was lets... just say, in rough shape to start before our move in, but the staff at Sonora have given us a home we feel very comfortable and safe in. As soon as any problems cropped up, the staff were quick to attend to our needs.
Our heat went out on a Sunday. Despite ha ing to work around pets, furniture, and boxes, the technician had our unit warm within 35 to 40 mins.
Having been a homeowner before, this has not been my previos experience with heating/furnace problems.

I am impressed how clean our building is. Not sure if it’s just only the same one lady cleaning but she does a great job,... she even takes back the grocery carts that people leave by the garbage bin. The building smells clean and she obviously takes pride in the building.
It would be nice if some of the outside could be fixed up though. Like, the broken fence, broken cement block retaining wall along the outside, broken down spout (fixed with duck tape), and diseased tree. Then it would look as nice on the outside as it does on the inside :)
