This summer I visited friends and family and stayed in apartments, condos, houses, cabins, hotel rooms, my car...lol. In... comparison to all the places I did laundry, slept, spent time, I am proud to call Gateway Square my home! The common areas and laundry room are always kept clean and in good repair. I have lived at Gateway Square for 5 going on 6 years. I have found this apartment very comfortable. I worked in residential... construction and service for 30 years. I have rented from 3 other landlords. Herma is by far the most professional manager I have had the pleasure of dealing with in all those years. She has treated me like gold and I try to treat her the same way. She bends over backwards to help people and if anyone considers the scope of her job and thinks they could do it better I would love to see that because she is highly experienced and she doesn't stop all day. Great work Herma, I know I could never do your job. Appreciate you taking care of everything.

Gateway square has been very very good to me. The neighbourhood is very safe, right by a grocery store and dollar store,... lots of walking paths in the area, so the location is ideal. My maintenance requests are always handled promptly and properly. I was originally a little suspicious about how cheap rent is compared to the rest of St.Albert, but it's just a really good deal. We have been living here for the past 4 years. We cannot complain the area and unit we have. The maintenance is excellent,... whenever we need something to get fix, right away he is there, and Herma (manager) made sure that the work is done ASAP. Herma (manager) is always been there to accommodate the needs of the the renters. If there are things that need to get our attention, there's always a note or reminder from Herma. That makes life easier for many working renters that sometimes we forgot to do our responsibilities as renters. The building is always clean, no noise at night. I feel safe living here.
