Lease agreement follows heavily on all rules besides pals. Comunication is bottom of the barrel. When stated written notice... to enter is needed within 24hrs of entry maintence will call you at your door and not take no for an answer to enter while your out of town. When stated the best way to contact me is leaving notes on my door they insist to try and contact me any other way. Lease states something about handbook rules but never let's you go over the handbook before signing your lease. When asking about being a legal firearms owner the manager states if you need guns you need to look for another place, disregarding that this is alberta and people have hunting licenses for food to suport thier family's and cops an aditude when you ask why firearms are an issue. So it’s 2021-2022 and the snow removal situation has really gone sideways I spent most of my Sunday helping other tenants... getting there 2wd cars out and moving some of them twice today the snow removal in parking lots is not good hope it improves
As for the noice I have new tenants above my place and I think they are part horse I have talked to them personally as a good neighbor but apparently a 120lb person makes more noise then a 300lb person when walking physics go figure

Northern Alberta this year has been seeing a huge amount of snow that our property is doing everything we can to keep up with. if you see any problem areas, please reach out to the leasing office. We also have security 24/7 for things like possible vagrants in the apartment building after hours. I was at first hesitant about moving here but our place has a great balcony and view of park the neighbours are pretty quite... and the security is always keeping an eye on things, the building is a pretty clean building from what I can see.
I had a maitnence issue it was solved very quickly, as for apartment itself I like it it’s just like a home 3 beds 1.5 baths plenty of room for furniture does not give you a cramped feeling the staff seen pretty good I have met a few of them in the building and the office staff seem to be good also very friendly
All in all I’m glad I made the move to Ranchlands I know there is a lot of stories about the place but building 7 is great

As a Leaser at the RanchLand Complex, I have had the pleasure of living in a quiet well located facility with all the amenities... close at hand. I am very impressed with the friendly and competent staff who are always willing to assist when called upon. I find their involvement at a Personal and Professional level more than adequate and this made my decision to renew a very easy one to make. Broken Furnace
A few weeks back, my furnace quit at 830pm and it was cold. The maintenance guys came right away and spent three hours getting... it back online. They wouldn't leave until they were sure everything was working properly. The next morning, it quit again, and they came back immediately with a part and fixed the problem for good.
