Lakewood Heights Apartments was our home for 8 unforgettable years, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to create... lasting memories. This was more than just an apartment; it was where we achieved significant milestones in our lives. It’s the place where we transitioned from newcomers to Permanent Residents and, eventually, proud Canadian Citizens. For that, this place will always hold a special place in our hearts.
The level of care and responsiveness from the maintenance team was truly exceptional. Anytime we had an issue with our unit—whether it was a minor concern or something more pressing—the team always ensured it was addressed by the following day. Their dedication gave us peace of mind, knowing that our home was well looked after.
We also have to give credit to the hardworking woman who maintained the cleanliness of the entire property. She not only kept the place spotless but did so with a friendly attitude, greeting us sincerely every time we passed by. Her kindness and attention to detail added to the warmth of the community.
We were fortunate enough to have experienced wonderful management throughout our stay, with Sachi, Steven, and most notably, Patricia. Patricia stands out as one of the best property managers we’ve encountered. She is incredibly accommodating, always going out of her way to grant our requests whenever possible. What made her truly remarkable was her positive energy and sincerity—she communicated with a genuine warmth that made us feel valued as tenants. Patricia made promises, and she always delivered. Her professionalism, along with her personal touch, created a welcoming and comfortable living environment.
Leaving Lakewood Heights is bittersweet for us. We will undoubtedly miss the sense of community, the support we received from management, and the wonderful atmosphere we enjoyed for so long. Norman came and filled the two holes with steel wool where the mice have access into the building on my lower level patio.??????????...
The patios need renovation to fill holes, level cement slabs and provide a more enjoyable living experience.
Please spend some money on this project for I hate to see it fall into disrepair. The location is awesome and with four different floor plans, unique. This is my home community ?? please treat it as such.Read More about Mice hole blocking

She has been a lovely... person from the beginning up until we moved into the aforementioned apartments. She is always there to help me search up what is needed in my unit if I need aid or help. Beyond upset with my choice to move here! The staff is rude and not helpful the places are trashy, weren't even cleaned between... tenants there was still the previous tenants furniture in my suite when I moved in. The walls are paper thin so everyone around you is so noisy! The laundry room is useless cause you pay $2.75 to not even slightly dry your clothes. Not one good thing to say about this place! Lakewood heights is all around trash! I wouldn't suggest moving here to even my worst enemy! Read More about The worst place I've ever lived!

I had the pleasure of viewing my apartment, applying for residency and being orientated by Lakewood Heights's recently hired... Community Director, Juvelle Pineda. Juvelle made applying and being orientated a very comfortable and convenient process. She answered all my questions (even when I asked more than once for reassurance) in a very patient and knowledgeable way, which really put my mind at ease and greatly lessened the stress of moving for me. She acted in a highly professional and proficient manner which was proactive, reliable, responsible and went above and beyond by displaying excellent leadership, communication, and organizing skills.
