After living here for 3 month I could say that it is a place that worth the money.
Building is well maintained. Also tenants... mostly are nice and friendly people.
One thin that is not great is some of tenants continue to smoke sigarets on their balconies even after two notifications for all the building.

Constant water shut offs , past present and foreseeable future . Cannot recommend to anyone .

Hello,
We completely understand the frustration with water shut-offs, and apologize for the inconvenience.
As the residents of the 2000 building have been advised, a contractor is completing large repairs to our main water lines, and to supply lines in some apartments. These activities are being completed so that we can avoid further leaks to our water lines, and therefore, avoid water shut-offs.
We're very aware of the inconvenience that this process poses, but we do want to ensure we provide you with a more peaceful home in future.
Please do not hesitate to contact the office if you have questions regarding plumbing repairs, or anything else.
