Good Morning Randoslav, I am happy to hear we have reached a resolve regarding your lease. I can assure you that the tenancy month count continues regardless of being on a lease term or month-to-month tenancy, so your countdown for painting reduction at move out is not affected, nor any other terms. I am sorry to hear that part of your stove was out of use for some time. As our office team mentioned, unfortunately, as many businesses in the world right now, we are facing a staff shortage at this time. The call center logged your call regarding the stove, however as per our Weidner Resident Handbook and policies, the stove is not considered an emergency and is put in a queue with non-emergent work orders. Our after-hours Technician is only responding to emergencies. I understand this is frustrating. Unfortunately due to short staffing, we need to prioritize the work orders that come in and attend to emergent orders first. I do agree that the communication could have been more prompt on our end in order to keep you informed. As a good-faith gesture, we would like to help you purchase additional groceries in case the lack of the stove resulted in food spoiling since it could be cooked.
